Guilford College achieved a 7-3 victory against Carolina University on April 15, 2025, at Rich Park in Greensboro, N.C. The game began with Guilford College scoring three runs in the first inning. S. In the fifth inning, a Carolina University error allowed C. McGuire to score, making it 6-1. Carolina University attempted a comeback in the eighth inning with doubles from A. Noll and P. Tucker, and a hit by D. Gonzalez, closing the score to 6-3.

The ninth inning saw Guilford College seal their victory, as R. Rodrigues and A. Williams hit singles to bring C. McGuire home, finalizing the game's score at 7-3.
