The City Manager's Office has announced the restoration of online payment services on CityOfWS.org. The services now available include payments for WSFC Utilities, plan review fees, parking tickets, and BuildIT permits and inspections.
Customers of WSFC Utilities will receive letters containing further details and billing information. According to the letter, "Current WSFC Utilities account balances will include water, sewer and stormwater bills through Dec. 23, 2024, and should reflect payments received after the outage."
During the network outage period, no new late fees or penalties were imposed on water and sewer accounts as customers were unable to make timely payments. Billing activities are set to resume in the week starting February 17.
