Winston-Salem announces sewer rehabilitation street closures

Work on the System-Wide Sewer Rehabilitation project in Winston-Salem is set to continue with street closures scheduled for weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., starting Monday, January 13. The streets affected include Devonshire Street between Dacian and Urban streets, and Waughtown Street between Leight and Brindle streets.

The work is expected to be completed by Friday, January 17, weather permitting. The contractor will handle all traffic control measures, and motorists are advised to plan for alternate routes during this period.
