Due to the forecasted winter storm, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities has announced the closure of several solid waste facilities this weekend. The Hanes Mill Road Solid Waste Facility, Overdale Yard Waste Facility, and 3RC EnviroStation will not be open on Saturday, January 11.
