Live D.J., dancing, crafts, food, and a countdown to the balloon drop are scheduled for Saturday, December 28, during “Noon Year’s Eve,” a free pre-New Year’s Eve party. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to noon at Salem Lake Marina, located at 815 Salem Lake Road. For more information, contact WePLAYevents@cityofws.org.
