Neighborhood Services officials have opened a call for qualified developers and organizations to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) concerning the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The deadline for submission is September 13, 2024.
The initiative aims to identify capable organizations that can undertake projects within specified geographic areas to decrease homelessness among individuals and families. Those with the most promising proposals will be invited for formal discussions.
Interested parties are required to submit their applications via email as a PDF file to hcsd@cityofws.org. Detailed instructions are available at CityOfWS.org/2888.
