Carolina University's men's soccer team secured a 3-2 victory against Guilford College Quakers, extending their winning streak to five games. The match took place in Greensboro, NC, where the Bruins managed to score early with Lewis Jacklin finding the net within the first ten minutes. Although the Quakers equalized soon after, Carolina University regained their lead when Zaid Santo successfully converted a penalty kick following an error by the opposing team.
Freshman Alexis Palaez-Marure further extended the Bruins' lead with assistance from Jacklin. Despite conceding another goal, Carolina University's defense held firm to secure the win. Goalkeeper Joshua Wilson contributed significantly with two crucial saves during the match.
