Women's Soccer Plays Bluefield State at Home
Advance, NC – Women's Soccer fought hard but fell to Bluefield State 2-4 on their home field last night.
Despite a strong defensive effort early on, the Bruins conceded the first goal. They rallied with two goals of their own, with Morgan Meyers and Alondra Smith finding the net to briefly take the lead. However, Bluefield State scored three more times to secure the win.
The Bruins will look to bounce back on September 16th when they face the Lions of Johnson University at 6:00 PM.
