The Sprague Neighborhood Sewer Rehabilitation project in Winston-Salem is progressing steadily. As part of the ongoing work, certain streets will be temporarily closed to through traffic on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning Monday, May 20.

The affected streets include Granite Street between Waterbury and Marble street, as well as Lewis Street between Mansfield and Bryant streets. The closures are expected to last until Friday, May 24, provided that weather conditions permit.

The contractor overseeing the project is tasked with managing all traffic control measures. In light of these temporary closures, motorists are advised to plan for alternate routes.
