On Friday, May 10, traffic at the intersection of Shields Road with Union Cross Road will be shifted due to water system improvements. The work, scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and noon, will see the eastbound lane of Shields Road moved to the center lane.
The contractor overseeing the project is responsible for all traffic control measures. Motorists are advised to anticipate this change and consider alternate routes during these hours.
