The city of Winston-Salem is making progress on the Sprague Neighborhood Sewer Rehabilitation project as Woodville Street prepares for closure to through traffic. According to a recent announcement, the closure will be in effect between Mansfield and Crampton streets on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting Monday, May 6.
The project, aimed at improving the sewer infrastructure in the area, is expected to be completed by Friday, May 10, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes during the closure period, as the contractor overseeing the project will be responsible for all traffic control.
