County Commissioners honored outgoing commissioners Ted Kaplan and Fleming El-Amin during their meeting today. Both where presented with resolutions on their many accomplishments and contributions. Both of them will be serving just a bit longer as the swearing-in of new commissioners and other local elected officials has been delayed by a local election challenge to the State Elections Board.
