Food Safety Forum

Forsyth County Environmental Health is hosting its first Food Safety Forum. This meeting will be on August 18th from 9:30-11:30. The meeting will be held at the Central Library (660 W. 5th Street, Winston Salem) and will cover the 2017 Food Code and expectations for sanitation inspections. If you are a restaurant operator, or someone who has always wondered how the grading of restaurants work, this meeting is for you!
