It's Tea Time! Come Join Our Lunch & Learn: What Can Tea Do for You?

Tea2

Forsyth County issued the following announcement on February 9.

Tea is one of those beverages that can be enjoyed any time of the day, compliments any meal or drink it by itself, and it can be served hot or cold. What's your favorite tea? Black tea, Green tea, White tea, or Herbal tea? Let's learn what the difference is among these teas and what health benefits they may offer you.

Please join us for our Monthly Online Lunch & Learn Series where we will learn about different topics related to foods and nutrition. The Lunch & Learn will be offered on the first Friday of every month (with some exceptions) from 11 A.M. to 12 Noon.

Registration is required. Please register on Eventbrite to reserve your spot or to view the recordings at a later time.
