Census Bureau: 76.2 percent of people in Winston-Salem City were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 244,115 citizens living in Winston-Salem City in 2019, 186,060 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 28, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 100,872 of those people were female and 85,188 were male.
