Forsyth County recently issued the following announcement.
The Forsyth County Department of Public Health is currently arranging the distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine. We will be following the state guidance for prioritization and all vaccines will be provided at no cost. Per state and federal guidelines, we are starting with organizations that fall under the phase 1A criteria. If you are interested in receiving the Covid-19 vaccine and you fall under the phase 1A category please complete the survey link below. After completing the survey someone from the Health Department will contact you with additional information. For additional questions please contact 336-618-6174.
