Work on the System-Wide Sewer Rehabilitation project in Winston-Salem is ongoing. A contractor will close several streets on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., starting Monday, December 2.

The affected streets include Sprague Street between Freeman and Nelson streets, Patsy Drive between Glenn Landing Drive and Myrtle Street, and a lane on First Street between Cherry and Marshall streets. The work is expected to be completed by Friday, December 6, weather permitting.

The contractor will manage all traffic control. Motorists are advised to plan for alternate routes during this period.
