A contractor will shift eastbound traffic on Fourth Street to the turn lane between Spring and Poplar streets in downtown Winston-Salem on Tuesday, May 21, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for priority water system improvements. The contractor is responsible for all traffic control, and motorists are encouraged to plan for alternate routes.
