A contractor will close Albert Street to through traffic between Cotton and Green streets at 7 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 18, for water system improvements. As work progresses, only a lane will be closed to minimize the impact on traffic. Work is expected to be completed by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19.

The contractor is responsible for all traffic control and motorists are encouraged to plan for alternate routes.
