Effective immediately, the County’s Recycling Center at 445 Lindsay Street in Kernersville will be closed until further notice. On Tuesday, January 10, a vehicular accident caused structural damage to the shelter at the facility. It will be necessary for the facility to remain closed until repairs can be completed. The County’s other two recycling centers located at 325 West Hanes Mill Road in Winston-Salem and 6328 Yadkinville Road in Pfafftown will continue operating on their normal schedules.
