Carolina University Women's Basketball team faced a challenging game against Washington Adventist University on January 6 at Williams Gymnasium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The match concluded with the Bruins falling short despite their efforts.

The team secured 10 fast break points and achieved a rebound count of 58-47 but could not surpass the visiting team. DenAsia Mitchell contributed 10 points to the Bruins' total score of 59, while Shamya Loman delivered another strong performance with a double-double, recording 13 points and 13 rebounds.

The Bruins are set to play again at Williams Gymnasium against Clinton College on Wednesday, January 10, at 5:30 pm.
