Carolina University men's basketball ends regular season with win over Regent

Carolina University Men's Basketball team concluded their regular season with a commanding victory over Regent University on February 24th in Virginia Beach, VA. The Bruins started strong, establishing an early lead with an 18-5 run and extending it to 35-16. By halftime, they were ahead 48-36.

In the second half, Carolina regained a 20-point advantage at 64-44 and eventually widened the gap to over 40 points, finishing the game with their highest score of the season at 113-76.

Cameron Buchanan led all scorers with 21 points, including seven three-pointers. Micah Cooper contributed 18 points along with five rebounds and five assists. Amarie Elijah-Kirby added 14 points and five rebounds. D'Shun Edwards scored 12 points and secured seven rebounds. Ethan Bell and Grady Boyce also made significant contributions.

The Bruins ended their regular season with a record of 14-12 and are set to compete in the South Region Tournament at home against Clinton College on March 3rd.
