Census Bureau: 76.9% of people in Forsyth County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 380,583 citizens living in Forsyth County in 2021, 76.9% were old enough to vote, equating to 292,736 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 136,487 were male, constituting 46.6%, and 156,249 were female, making up 53.4%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Forsyth County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.8%.
