The city’s Department of Transportation is asking citizens to give their thoughts about needed improvements to Kernersville Road on Thursday, Aug. 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Sedge Garden Neighborhood Center, 401 Robbins Road.
Citizens will be asked about traffic congestion, safety, school traffic, concerns about the Northern Beltway and development along Kernersville Road between Waughtown Street and Old Winston Road. Comments will be incorporated into the Kernersville Road Study, which will make recommendations to improve the road’s safety and efficiency. Those who can’t make the meeting can complete an online survey in English or Spanish: Arcg.is/1K59Dn.
