Work on sewer rehabilitation projects in Forsyth County is set to continue, leading to street closures. Starting Monday, June 30, the contractor will close streets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

In Winston-Salem, Moravia Street between Burgandy and Urban streets and Adams Gate Road between Brondesbury Drive and the cul-de-sac will be affected. In Kernersville, Lake Drive between Lake Way and Brett Drive will be closed starting at 8 a.m.

The work is expected to finish by Thursday, July 3, depending on weather conditions. The contractor will manage all traffic control measures. Motorists are advised to avoid these areas and plan alternate routes.
