In essence, this bill allocates $500,000 from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management for the fiscal year 2025-26 to provide a directed grant to Hispanic Grassroots. Hispanic Grassroots, established in 2021, is a nonprofit entity under Hispanic Del Sur, a faith-based organization formed in 2020.
