For the 2025-27 fiscal biennium, it allocates $119.2 million annually to raise the rate for personal care services to $7.50 per 15-minute increment, with federal matching funds of $217.8 million each year. Additionally, it designates $19.8 million annually to increase the rate for private duty nursing services to $16.25 per 15 minutes, with a federal match of $36.2 million each year. The act is effective July 1, 2025.
