Kernersville sewer rehabilitation project leads to temporary street closures

Work on the Kernersville Sewer Rehabilitation project will continue with scheduled road closures. Starting Monday, May 19, several streets will be closed on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. These include Beaucrest Road and Branchwood and Irving Park drives, as well as Branchwood Drive between both intersections with Beaucrest Road.

The work is anticipated to conclude by Friday, May 23, weather permitting. The contractor handling the project will manage all traffic control measures. Motorists are advised to avoid the affected areas and plan alternate routes accordingly.
