CityLink 311, the customer service center for city residents, will not be operational on June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. However, non-911 emergency calls will be redirected to on-call staff within the relevant departments. For routine information or service requests, residents can send an email to citylink@cityofws.org, use the CityLink 311 mobile app for processing on Friday, June 20, or text 855-481-LINK (5465) for an immediate response.

Garbage collection services will operate as usual on Tuesday and Wednesday. However, collections scheduled for Thursday and Friday will be postponed. Specifically, Thursday’s routes will be collected on Friday, June 20, and Friday’s routes will be handled on Monday, June 23.

Yard-waste collections scheduled for Monday through Wednesday will proceed as planned. Thursday’s yard-waste routes will also be collected on Friday, June 20. Recycling collections are expected to follow their regular schedule without any changes.

All landfill facilities in the area will remain closed during this period.
