Carolina University Men’s Basketball is preparing for an away game against Brewton-Parker College on Tuesday, November 11, with the game scheduled to start at 6 p.m. in Mount Vernon, Georgia.

The Bruins currently have a 2-3 record after their recent win over The Crown College, where they secured a 116–71 victory. Head Coach Jacob Heck noted the team’s strong offensive showing and effective rebounding during that match.

In their first five games of the season, Carolina has averaged 83.6 points per game and holds a three-point scoring margin over opponents. Shawn Woodson leads the team with an average of 15.8 points per game and is shooting 51.7% from the field. Tristan Kuska has contributed inside play with averages of 12.8 points and seven rebounds per game, while Deuce Ford is making 54.5% of his shots from three-point range. The team also maintains a rebound margin of +12.2 per game.

Brewton-Parker College enters the contest undefeated at 3-0, with home wins against Voorhees, Warner, and Webber International. They are averaging 82.7 points per game while allowing just 62.3 to opponents—a difference of more than 20 points per contest. Gil Gonzalez leads Brewton-Parker with averages of 19 points and 11 rebounds per game; Abraham Garjah adds another scoring option at 15.3 points along with 4.7 assists each outing.

Coach Heck stated that his team’s focus is to “continue building cohesion, maintain defensive intensity, and carry the energy from Saturday’s breakout win into a tough road environment.”

The matchup is expected to showcase Carolina’s fast-paced offense and strong rebounding against Brewton-Parker’s efficient scoring approach as both teams look to advance early in the season.
