On Tuesday, March 11, former West Forsyth High School standouts Caleb Cockerham and Kobie Cushing’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Wesleyan Warriors.

The game took place at Durham Field. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Porterfield-DeVault Field against Emory & Henry Wasps.
