On Wednesday, April 2, former Atkins High School standouts Griffin Icenhower and Marcello Ricigliano’s current college team, the Guilford Quakers, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Roanoke Maroons.

The game took place at Edgar H. McBane Field. This was their first matchup against the Maroons this season.

The Quakers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 4 p.m. at Jim Barnett Park against Shenandoah Hornets.
