City and Partners Hold Women’s History Month Program

The Human Relations/Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Department, in collaboration with various organizations, is hosting a Women's History Month program to recognize local women leaders as Twin City Trailblazers. The partners include the Winston-Salem alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., the Indo-US Cultural Association, the Hispanic League, the Junior League of Winston-Salem Inc., Delta Arts Center, and the Winston-Salem Urban League Young Professionals.

The program, which is open to the community, will take place on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the Salem Lake Marina Center located at 815 Salem Lake Road, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27107.

This initiative aims to celebrate and honor the contributions of women leaders in the local community, highlighting their significant roles as trailblazers. The event serves as a platform to showcase the dedication and achievements of these remarkable individuals.

Participants and attendees are encouraged to join in commemorating Women's History Month by attending this program that pays tribute to the exemplary women leaders who have made a difference in the Twin City area.
